WHAT TO EXPECT
Our congregation is proud to offer family-friendly worship services on Sunday mornings. Communion is served on the first Sunday of the month.
10:00am – Sunday School
11:00am – Worship Service
Music is an important part of worship at PPC. The choir welcomes new singers at any time. If you would like to sing in the choir, you merely need to show up at 9:30am on Sunday morning for practice.
Special services are held on Christmas Eve and during Holy Week. PPC also participates in joint services on special occasions with St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church and Mt. Sinai AME Church. Call the church or check the calendar for specially scheduled events.
PPC is equipped with a Hearing Loop. You can turn on the T setting of your hearing aid, or if you do not have this setting, we have hearing devices in the Narthex of the sanctuary for your use.
What should I wear?
Please dress comfortably. Our services range from casual to business casual. You are welcome here no matter your attire!
What is offered for kids on Sundays?
Parents, we welcome people of all ages and learning styles to worship services, including your child. We have a comfort room for our littlest ones, if needed, located off the narthex in the rear of the sanctuary. After the message to the younger kids, parents can decide whether they would rather their preschool and elementary-aged children stay in the sanctuary or go to the nursery and education room for interactive learning about the bible with two trained and vetted adult nursery volunteers for the rest of the worship service.
